Will be holding it’s
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)
Wednesday, November 22, 2023. 6pm
All members are encouraged to attend (Quorum is required).
Note: In accordance with Club Bylaws, a quorum of Members is required for this meeting (1/3 of the Membership attending or by Proxy). If you are unable to attend this meeting, please fill out the Proxy and scan and return it to Secretary Ron Miller via email
Only Proxies received by November 22, 2023 (12:00 PM) will be accepted
Several important votes by the Membership will take place at the AGM, including approval of the 2024-2025 Board of Directors.
