On Friday, March 17 Rotary Etobicoke's Hands-On Etobicoke provided a team to sponsor and volunteer at St. Margaret's Lakeshore Community Dinner.    Gillian organized our sponsorship and participation along with Rotarians Andre and Theresa.    Every month St. Margaret's provides a community dinner for 120 plus guests at 5 p.m. on the third Friday.     Gillian arranged for 6 large trays of chicken penne to be made at a local restaurant and included her own 3 large cakes and three dozens muffins and bagels which Andre collected and delivered to St. Margaret's at 4 p.m.   Theresa purchased mixed salads, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers and salad dressing and brought her great cupcakes.    The dessert table was extremely impressive with 10 or more choices.    Many folks

came back several times for the soup, chicken penne and of course the desserts.   Rotarian Iosif brought volunteers from Division 22 including Auxiliary Officers, Rovers from Humber College and members of Division 22's Community Police Liaison Committee and  uniformed officers to help prepare, serve and clear the 4 course dinner and help with clean up, garbage, dishwasher stacking and table/chair storage along with Gillian, Andre and Theresa.    Gillian is grateful to Chef Alan, his very efficient kitchen team and the many wonderful St. Margaret's  volunteers who worked with all our own volunteers to make this a successful community dinner.    We have done several Hands-On Etobicoke projects with St. Margaret's before and thank them for all their caring, compassion and support for the Lakeshore community which they are doing daily, weekly, monthly, year round.       Thank you to Division 22 Officers, Auxiliary Officers, Rovers, Cadets and CPLC members, lead by Jennifer,  who were very hardworking, multi skilled/talented, dedicated and a joy to volunteer alongside.      Gillian
