Serenity

Our Club member and International award-winning Canadian photographer Peter Dusek presented Serenity his second art exhibit at Abbozzo Gallery on the 17th of May. Serenity is inspired by the philosophies of Japanese Zen and Chinese Tao, Serenity is an exhibition of contemplative minimalist photographs distilling the elements of Ontario’s Muskoka and Georgian Bay region into their purest form. Like slowly sinking into a warm bath, the exhibition will remove the viewer from the chaos of modern life and instill a feeling of Serenity in the heart and mind.
Rotarians, Rotaractors and friends came out to this wonderful evening of art, wine, food and fellowship. Peter talked about his art and took the visitors on the journey of his work.
From the proceeds of the evening we purchased two bed kits for Sleeping Children Around the World.
