Saturday, January 18th, in the empty Target store at Cloverdale, was the first day of sorting the donated hockey gear for fly-in to isolated First Nations Communities and Nunavut.

On Saturday, February 25th, for the second part of the project, all the items will be packed into boxes, sealed and labelled for transportation. Thanks to Gerry Lue, Laura Latham, and all the folks that made this possible again. And thanks to Jack Fleming for securing such a great location. The first photo is Mary Grogan pushing a cart of very heavy equipment. Some local youth hockey players came out to help as well.
