Farewell Message From our President Greg Dobson

Thank you everyone,

As I pass the torch to new leadership, I sit back and ask myself “how did the year go by so fast?”

The answer lies within the members of the club, and the many hands on activities that occurred within the community. This would also include the many many hours members volunteer to ensure that the club’s “major fundraising” activity is successful.

As the year winds down, the truth is, I only facilitated the hard work and generous outpouring of selflessness behaviour by members that made my role easier. 

The Etobicoke Rotary Club is a gem of a club, and I now have a better understanding of why. I hope everyone else feels this too.
