Rotary Etobicoke has again helped sponsor CAFA (Canadian Friends of Aniquem) camp for 50 youth ages 10 to 18 all of whom have suffered significant burns in Lima, Peru.     As CAFA has reported in addition to physical recovery, children who have suffered burns need support to address physiological trauma, social isolation and loss of self-esteem.    The camps are integral to supporting this part of their recovery.    We are proud to continue our support for the third year as we know these camps promote play and the building of friendships and to create opportunities to build self-confidence.     We are also delighted to provide Rotary Etobicoke t-shirts every year for the youth and camp counsellors.     Gillian sorted and delivered the Rotary t-shirts and CAFA Vice President Murray Jones took the t-shirts to Lima in time for the February camp. "Notice the sea of blue and white".      One of the many wonderful projects around the world that Rotary Etobicoke supports.
