You are invited to meet our District Governor, Virginia O'Reilly and to welcome/induct our 6 new members of our Rotary Club We will be joined by the Rotary Clubs of Toronto West, Toronto Tibetan & Parkdale-High Park
Board members of the respective clubs are to meet with Virginia in the Oak Room at 11:30 for a discussion of club activities to date.

2024Beaujolais Fundraising Celebration! It is a tradition! The annual Beaujolais Fundraising Celebration hosted by the Rotary Club of Etobicoke. An evening when we come togther to raise money for a dissaster around the world. This year all money raised will go to the victims of the devastating 1000 year flod in Spain. Over 200 people have lost their lives. An evening of Wine, Music, Delicious Food, Exciting Raffle Prizes and Silent Auctuion. This year we will have a special wine tasting! Neil, our distinguished sommellier has curated 4 reasonable French wines for us to taste, two white and two red wines. We look forward to this special tasting! $100 per person includes wine, meal, taxes and tips. This is an over 19 event.

The Rotary Club of Etobicoke will be holding its ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Wednesday, December 4, 2024 At the Rotary Club House 4195 Dundas Street West Suite G10 Etobicoke, ON M8X 1Y4 At 6:00 PM All members are encouraged to attend (Quorum is required). Note: In accordance with Club Bylaws, a quorum of Members is required for this meeting (1/3 of the Membership attending or by Proxy). If you are unable to attend this meeting, please fill out the attached Proxy and scan and return it to Secretary Ron Miller via email. Only Proxies received by December 4, 2024 (12:00 PM) will be accepted Several important votes by the Membership will take place at the AGM, including approval of the 2025-2026 Board of Directors. (Attached is the Nomination Committee Report and the Slate of Candidates for the 2025-2026 Board of Directors). |

🎅🎄 Rotary Etobicoke Returns to the Santa Claus Parade at Lakeshore! For the second year, Rotary Etobicoke is excited to participate in the Santa Claus Parade at Lakeshore, bringing joy and holiday spirit to our vibrant community. 🗓 Date: Saturday, December 7, 2024 🕗 Setup Time: 8:00 AM at Area A15 (refer to the attached map) 🚶♂️ Walkers Check-In: 9:00 AM sharp 🎉 Parade Start Time: 10:00 AM 🚧 ROAD CLOSURES - 9 AM: • Lakeshore Blvd West (from Dwight Ave to 37th Street) will be closed starting at 9 AM. Please plan your route accordingly. 🍬 We’ll be handing out candy canes and spreading holiday cheer along the route. 👕 Dress Code: Please wear warm layers and check the weather to stay comfortable. Let’s make this year’s parade even more magical! We can’t wait to see you there!
